By accessing or using Easy AI Voice, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

Easy AI Voice provides AI-powered voice conversion tools, including a web-based converter and an API for programmatic access. The service allows you to transform audio using voice models.

Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You may only maintain one account per person.
  • You must be at least 13 years of age to use this service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Create, distribute, or facilitate illegal content.
  • Abuse, overload, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure.
  • Redistribute copyrighted material without permission from the rights holder.
  • Impersonate others or create deceptive content intended to defraud or mislead.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the audio content you upload and the converted output you generate. We retain all rights to the Easy AI Voice platform, including its software, design, and branding. Use of the service does not grant you any ownership rights in our technology.

Payments & Subscriptions

  • Paid plans are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for assistance.

Limitation of Liability

Easy AI Voice is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or the service will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
