How to Submit a Takedown Request
Send your takedown request via email to:
Required Information
Your takedown request must include the following:
- Content URL — the specific URL or identifier of the content you believe infringes your rights.
- Proof of ownership — a description of the copyrighted work and evidence that you are the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- Contact information — your full name, email address, and phone number.
- Good faith statement — a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy statement — a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Signature — your physical or electronic signature.
Response Time
We aim to review and respond to all takedown requests within 48 hours of receipt. Upon verification, infringing content will be promptly removed or disabled.
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to [email protected] with the required information under the DMCA. We will process counter-notifications in accordance with applicable law.
